We learned of Mason's while searching for a place to repair our sewing machine. Recommend stopping by in person as we did find the phone was not always answered.

The store includes sales and service so if you are looking for parts or new bobbins, maintenance oil etc. then this is the place for you to visit!

There is dedicated parking for visitors to the store and we easily found a spot.

Staff we spoke with were extremely helpful freely offering tips, tricks and advice about our sewing machine.

We had an incredible experience in this store! The sales clerks were amazing at their jobs, they showed us demonstrations on the type of machines we were looking for, they let us test them out, gave us space to talk about our decision and yet were available for asking any questions. We weren’t sure we were going to make a purchase today, but the amazing service helped us commit and we found a sewing machine over and above what we expected to!

Mason is one the the few places left in the lower mainland that knows about industrial sewing machines. My mom's Juki industrial sewing machine was missing a part that was lost during a move. When I went to inquire, they had exactly what I needed. It was an inexpensive fix. The guy there was helpful and knowledgeable. I also needed a lot of oil (industrial sewing machine), they definitely have the best pricing.

For the second time, I’ve been disappointed with the service at this shop. First time I was told the piece I was buying wouldn’t be compatible but the manufacturer said otherwise & it worked fine when I brought it home. This time, I asked for a specific presser foot. I was told they don’t carry such a thing for my “lower end model”. Call me nuts but a $400 item isn’t such a low price that I should be made to feel regretful of the best purchase I can afford. I asked if she could order one. Nope. My “low model”(again) is not compatible to any on the market. She has a way of making the customer feel less than. Turns out the second local dealer I contacted has the damn foot made for my machine. Exactly what I was asking for. I’ll be making the further drive to give them my business from now on.

I bought an Juki DL 5550 from Mason Sewing Machine. They were so great and knowledgeable with the machines and the machines' parts. I wanted to purchase an industrial juki machine with a quiet motor from Japan and they had it, which was a blessing! They supplied the machine with its table and some machine parts. They kindly gave me some needles and bobbins. I got to learn that they had some sewing machine parts that I have never known from my commercial and industrial sewing machines' experiences. The two ladies in the front were super nice and kind. I also got to have my machine delivered from them with a fee. They set up the machine for me and taught me some tips, which was super helpful.

I would never refer Mason's for any repairs! I have used Mason's in the past. I had to take my 40 year old Husqvarna sewing machine in for repair and servicing. The feed dog had broken. Mason replaced it with a new one plus they serviced the machine. I brought the machine home. It wasn't feeding my material properly. I took it back to Mason and they presumably rectified the problem. And, it was said to me that perhaps I should be buying a new machine instead of keeping my old one! After going back and forth for repairs my machine never worked the same. I ended up buying a Bernina from Marketplace. I spoke about my problem regarding my Husqvarna with another repair person. He looked at it and he said the feed dogs were set too low. That is why it wasn't feeding the fabric properly. He repaired and serviced it. Now my Husqvarna is as good as new! So it cost me for repairing the Husqvarna with Mason's plus an additional cost to the other repair person. And I am now also the owner of two machines!

I purchased my Presto II from this shop, they were very helpful and took a lot of time going over the machine. I have had it for a year, they are doing the first annual service free. They are helpful when I asked advice about quilting, they gave me resources and ideas. The staff are extremely generous with their time in ensuring you purchase the right product and have lessons and resources to get the most out of your machine. I am very satisfied and highly recommend this shop. Thanks!

Had troubles initially with getting my machine fixed but upon finding out I was unhappy the owner reached out and offered to take a look. His team was able to quickly assess the problem and rectified it.
