Never bring a machine to their service department. I feel bad for their sales guys, because the JCB machines are generally good, and I would love to buy more, but their service department ruins everything. All they are good for is avoiding warranty, sending outrageous invoices ($3000 + $5000) for diagnostics fees on new machines within warranty, plus trying to collect a service fee for a brand new machine that was problematic upon delivery, incompetent service staff and one of their service managers (Gavin) is not only greedy, but useless, hot tempered, immature and overall just terrible to deal with. DO NOT BUY ANYTGING AT THIS DEALERSHIP IF IT WILL EVER NEED ANY KIND OF SERVICE.
