Very pleased with the finished work. Well crafted and a pleasure to work with the team at Modern Edge Design. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. Although my project was small they gave it the time and effort of a large project.

We hired Modern Edge to do a custom gate for our lake house. The bid was much higher that we initially had budgeted and a few months later when we decided to go ahead, they had increased the price another 20%. All kinds of promises were made about how they would fulfill the job and ultimately we decided to move ahead when they said the gate could be fabricated and installed within about 30 days. The gate was finally installed 9 months later after incessant excuses and missed deadlines. As a topper, at the end of the project the owner misled me on the costs of an accessory and installation costs. While the final job was adequately done and we're satisfied with the end product, the customer experience was very poor considering that we paid top dollar (over $15k) and I consider the company to be misleading and dishonest.

Modern Edge is a highly skilled, service-oriented and motivated company. Ryan was excellent to work with from start to finish. From initial contact, through fabrication and installation, he was prompt, responsive, and flexible. I had a pretty clear idea of what I wanted and what I didn't want and Ryan listened and delivered. The quote was fair and clearly explained. From start to finish, communication was excellent. CAD drawings were provided and questions answered clearly, paving the way for stress-free project approvals and timely completion.

Overall, our expectations were exceeded. The project was fabricated and installed ahead of schedule and we could not be happier with the result. Thank you Ryan and the team at Modern Edge, we look forward to working with you again in the future.

Modern edge did a great job on the gate I ordered. The consultation exceeded expectations, and surprisingly came under budget. Timeline took longer than expected due to supply chain issues, but the communication was excellent. Will consider modern edge for my next project.
