We hired Pork Mafia to cater our wedding this past summer and it was easily one of the best decisions that we made. Jamie and his team were incredible to work with, the servers were so polite and happy to be there and the food was some of the best food I have ever tasted. As the bride I had so so many guests walk up to me and tell me that it was the best wedding food they have ever had, and the smoked mac and cheese is still talked about to this day. We ordered the chicken, brisket, smoked mac and cheese, garlic bacon green beans, and the caesar salad and all of it went above and beyond our expectations. We also ordered an assortment of the pies that he offers for a dessert option and they were all incredible as well.
I cannot recommend Jamie from Pork Mafia enough if you are looking for a caterer for your wedding or any other event.

I drive by this place at least once a week and always curious of how they taste. I drove by again today and there was already a line up. I decided to tried their "Loaded Mac" and oh boy, it was the best Mac and Cheese I had in my life! The smoky flavor of the pork is so incredible, that it took little effort to convince me that they smoke the pork for 18 hours.
And for the quality, the price is very reasonable. I will be recommending Porkmafia to my friends.

Have heard rave reviews and recommendations for awhile now. Since they were a 5min.drive away in N.Delta it was perfect time to sample.
So glad we did as the Brisket Sandwich Meal w/coleslaw, smoked mac n cheese, crunchy sweet pickles and a pop ($17) delivered in every way. Jamie offers lean or fatty, and as fat is flavour, we opted for a blend of both. It was tender, tasty and smokey. No skimping either. The sides equally delicious.
Highly recommend and earned our following for bque "fixes" in the future.

I hired Pork Mafia for my wedding this past weekend and to say I was impressed would be an understatement. The food was incredible. It’s all anyone could talk about the whole night! We did the smoked hog and added a few pounds of brisket. The brisket was gone by the end of the night and while people were waiting for rides, they were making pork sandwiches to go. Jamie was wonderful to deal with when booking and putting together the menu. I hope to attend another event where Pork Mafia will be there!

1lb of smoked beef brisket has become part of my monthly diet thanks to Jamie and his Porkmafia. Amazing flavors and texture, delicious on its own or with the yummy bbq sauce. The whole menu is yummy, but the brisket is my go to! Don't miss out on this one!

Last-Minute Super Bowl Savior!

The best Superbowl food EVER —> Barbecue brisket bundle !! With only one day to spare, I ordered a last-minute brisket bundle, and did it ever deliver!

The tender, smoky goodness and the aroma alone won over the crowd. The flavours were out of this world, with a perfect balance of smoke and sweetness. It was the star of the show, and everyone raved about it!

Thanks to this amazing Pittmaster; I was unexpectedly late and he waited for me risking missing beginning of the Superbowl and then still gave me some extras for my party, much appreciated!

The sides were just …..impressive; all of them lol.
End of the day from the beef, pork and chicken in the platter…. Just amazing
