My mom and I visited my son in Fernie and he recommended Freyja Boutique. We shopped there on December 28th.
We were thrilled as we purchased many pieces at very fair and affordable prices.
The young gal that was working was very friendly and welcomed us and other customers with a smile and was genuinely interested in every customer.

I had a great experience. I had very little time to get some shopping done before a conference and the owner took time out of her weekend to go in early and set aside a selection of items for me to try when I was able to go. The sales person was very charming and attentive. I noticed a recent one star review and it saddened me but I do have to say as a business owner myself no business is immune from a lapse in customer care. It’s so important how that business reacts after such a situation and I have 100% faith that the owner addressed it quickly, professionally and with compassion. I will be going back.

I have to say, I was really disappointed by the service I experienced in Freyja today. I was the only customer in the store and the two sales people didn’t say a single word to me and instead continued their conversation with each other. That was fine, and this by itself wouldn’t bother me, but even after looking around and coming up to the till to pay for the nails I was purchasing, the two salespeople still didn’t acknowledge me and instead decided to continue their conversation about why one of them was no longer a hairdresser in a salon and about the food that was left in the back. They didn’t say two words to me throughout the entire transaction and just tossed the card machine at me. If I wanted to feel like I was talking with the mean girls from high school, I’d go back there. I left feeling belittled and frankly quite annoyed. So sorry to inconvenience you with my business- it won’t happen again. Hope the cheese was as good as you said it was, though!

This is my favorite store on the planet. I can always find something for any occasion, dress up or dress down and at all price points.
( And always an amazing sale rack )They have the perfect varity of brands to choose from. Staff are super helpful in guiding you to exactly what your looking for. Never miss popping in when your in Fernie !

Well, where do I start, the sales girl was so rude!! As we tried to enter we were told only so many people in store! That part didn’t bother as much as how absolutely rude she was to us! Only 2 of us stayed while the rest of our party were offended and left! As we were looking around another older lady tried to enter and she was rudely told to wait outside! What was so offensive was how rude she was! We left the shop and went down the street to Odyssey and were greeted so warmly! The sales lady was so helpful and so pleasant! Our party bought a couple of outfits! We will not be shopping at Freyja in the future!

I bought a pair of Levi jeans, but before I purchased them I asked if I could get a refund. I was told yes, if I kept the tags on and kept the receipt. I did this and brought them back a few days later. I was very disappointed to find out that I could only get store credit. I wouldn't have bought the jeans if I knew this. There was no leniency because I had been given the wrong information. Poor customer service.
