Was in Fernie on holidays and came across Gear Hub having end of season on bikes. Ended up purchasing a Rocky Mountain from them. They were super helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable and personable! Went back next day for a tech question and was treated with the same respect. Staff took the time to make sure I was satisfied. I have had less than stellar service at other bike stores in the past. This shop was top-notch!

Fabulous service. Emailed to sort demos before arriving in Fernie and then sorted out more when I arrived. Good replies and really helpful when I was trying to choose my new skis.

Great help and recommendations from Sam too when my boots had a seized buckle and I was still struggling with my boot fit.

The staff at GearHub hooked me up on my last trip to Fernie.
I had my own gear but new boots and needed to make sure my bindings were set right. I was going to be happy to pay a fee for the work, but for the quick adjustment they sent me on my way.
Grabbed my rental helmet on the way out the door…super honest and fair.

These guys at gear hub bikes in Fernie have exceptional and over above customer service. I purchased a bike the process was absolutely easy and flawless. They are an honest group of folks that run this business. There is no pressure or Lollygagging around. Nothing worse than a business telling you what you wanna hear. They act with professionalism and have a high level of integrity. They are also able to give you answers too any questions you may have immediately.They know their inventory , and can instantly give you an answer to any stock related questions. I will definitely be purchasing again from these folks. And I might mention their shipping rates if not free are very reasonable, especially on bikes.
