Very bad experience here. We received a unit beginning of July. They promised to refund the funds after sending in the paperwork. It's been over 5 weeks and they forgot about me. Still waiting on almost $7000. When calling nobody picks up. If you are a small business and don't sit on a pile of cash be warned. It is just frustrating.

I am very appreciative of the support I got from this location. I had the blower motor on my furnace go out last night. This means no heat as the furnace goes into error mode without it. They had none in stock but helped me with specs so I could get something generic. I can see when comparing the two motors that the Goodman spec part is better quality. Being three days before Christmas and a snow storm coming in tonight I was very thankful to get the heat back on.

Great team that really try's they're best! Terry, Christa and James have always gone above and beyond to try and help out. Being an Amana/Goodman dealer, we are all working for the same goal. I have always found they try hard to give the best service. Good job everyone!!
