Little did I know that when I went in for my small job I was speaking with the owner/operator Andy Race. Had a really good experience with him and working with him. Went above and beyond to help me out with my little wind turbine project (needed a pipe bored out and some holes drilled for mounting). I was referred to Ace Machining from a pipe vendor and I'm glad I went over. He runs a large operation but still likes to help the little guy when he can. Very upfront about turnaround time and costs which I appreciated. Work quality was outstanding and the pipe fits my wind turbine shaft like a glove. I highly recommend Ace if you have a situation like mine where metric and imperial measurements collide and you want to have a mostly DIY solution. THANK YOU!

Ace Machining always takes care of me, from broke down on the side of the road to back in action in 4 1/2 hours. Fix the delicate piece of hydraulic equipment after hours, so we could get back in action.

Worst experience I've had with a machine shop. I went in with a small job, they eventually quoted me at $400-$500, which is insane. And then went on to say that I don't know what im talking about, and when I went to pick up my templates and examples I left them so they had references, they were rude and told me to take my stuff and leave because I couldn't afford the quote, which I told them on the phone prior to going in. Very disappointed.
