Cute authentic stuffies with great exchange rate for other prizes. Each try was about 2-3 tokens depending on the machine.

The ladies at the store were very helpful and nice. They were walking around checking machines and repositioned stuffies so they were easier to catch.

This place is so cute! All the staff are so friendly and will help you with anything including giving advice on how to catch the toys~ really recommend giving this place a try if youre looking for something to do in metrotown^^

So many cute options & won most in 1-2 tries. Also the staff were really nice & all the machines were well stocked!

We won 3 prizes. Now that's not bad but we spent quite a bit of money. When we would play the machine, the claw would grip very good then right before the chute loosen it. And we would lose the prize. This happened a lot.
You'd think that an arcade that only focuses on claw machines would at least make it somewhat fair but saying the machines here were fair is wrong.
The prizes you could exchange 1 or 2 dolls for were very small flimsy items. You could buy those items at dollars and cents.
The prizes you needed to exchange 15+ dolls for weren't even authentic. For example, the large Sanrio plushie that had one of the characters dressed up like Stitch wasn't Sanrio licensed,, so how does it make sense that it's even worth that many dolls.
There was one machine where we won a doll and it had another identical doll in the same position as the one we won. When we tried again for the 2nd time, the grip picked up the doll but shook it when it got to the top and loosened its grip dropping the doll before the chute.
The machines seemed to be rigged to have very few payouts.
