I had an incredibly disappointing experience with The Steel Guys. Despite their flashy promises and polished advertisements, they fail where it matters most: integrity, competence, and payment. As contractors, We put in long hours, effort, and expertise into a project, only to be met with excuses and delays when it came time for payment. Their incompetence was evident throughout the project, with numerous mistakes, poor communication, and a complete lack of organization. It's infuriating and unacceptable for a company to exploit hardworking professionals while delivering such subpar service. The Steel Guys might promise great results, but they fall woefully short on basic business ethics and professional competence. If you value fair treatment, prompt payment, and quality work, steer clear of The Steel Guys and the owner by the name of Gary Brar. This is a company that does not honor its commitments or standards.

As a crane service company we recently had the misfortune of working with The Steel Guys under the horrible management of its new owner Gary Brar who thinks blocking contractors phones numbers is going to get him out of paying outstanding balance's, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Their incompetence is staggering. Not only did they fail to manage their project effectively, leading to numerous delays and errors, but they also displayed a complete lack of professionalism and responsibility when it came to payments.

We completed our work as agreed, yet we have not seen a single dime from The Steel Guys. It's become clear that their inability to collect from their own clients is due to their sheer lack of competence. This incompetence trickles down to their contractors, leaving us unpaid and frustrated.

If you're considering working with The Steel Guys, think twice. Their poor management and refusal to pay for services rendered make them a company to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for reliable and competent partners.
