We have had an Eneready 2000 HRV for 19 years. Finally one of the motors gave out. I called them and a new motor was at my house the next day!. Great service, good price (comparable to Amazon for similar motors.) Very helpful. And i don't say that lightly.

AMAZING People and amazing products!
We have been using the Eneready HRV 2000 for over 10 years!

I had to get a replacement motor and fan (because we haven't oiled the motor for 10 years - lol oops, and they were able to provide me the items! They also took the time to talk to me about how to maintain the machines and making sure I have all the parts I need to install it without any problems! They've also talked to us about the history of these products which was really interesting!
