horrible experience and the owner/shopkeeper should have kept his ignorant and openly facist ways back in the old country.

This is Canada & I don’t tolerate his kind just because he’s the old .. if anything, you think he know better at his age as he’s not superior to anyone!!

I will never not let anyone i know shop at this store besides the quality wasn’t even worth the cost.

They have been around forever and in a tucked little spot in Dartmouth. 3 pair of cowboy boots over 20 plus years and all are wearable ( except my feet grew). Very knowledgeable owners and very helpful !!!

Amazing products in this store. Pricey, but that's part of buying QUALITY Leather Products. The selection makes you feel like you a getting a Unique Product. Not going to look like "That Guy" with the Harley Gear and Screaming Eagle Jacket lol. I recommend at least visiting this place if your interested in some Boots, Hat or any other genuine leather item.

The owner of this company does not care if customers are satisfied. He boasts about his many years of experience and does not listen because...well he knows best. I brought a leather coat to have a zipper put in. He said he charges by the inch for the zipper. He first measures the full length of the coat and gives me a price for the zipper. Then he looks at it again...marks it - which is shorter than the initial measure...no adjustment to price despite it being at least 5 inches shorter than the measure. Says he knows best ...many years of experience and that I'd be happy. I was skeptical; however, he assured I would be happy. I get the coat back and the zipper is too short by at least 3-4 inches and looks horrible. I call to explain this to him...he says I agreed to this and he has many years of experience. I said...I'm not happy and my coat is ruined. I asked that he redo the zipper to my satisfaction or remove it completely and refund my money. He said I'm not going to do anything about it and he hung up! I'm absolutely shocked and outraged at the arrogance and unwillingness to remedy the situation. He has many years of experience and if the customer is not happy it's their fault! Do not buy anything from this store and do not have anything repaired here.

Bought a leather jacket from him, noticed a verry small imperfection 3 weeks later, he said bring it in and I will give you a new one wich he did no questions asked. I had a great experience with him.

I really wanted to walk away from this place being able to recommend it. I bought a leather jacket online that didn't fit perfectly, and I wanted to have someone tweak it. I really liked the style, so I was willing to fork out some fairly reasonable cash to have a good job done.

I took the jacket to him and had myself measured. He told me he would make the appropriate adjustments and get back to me in two to three weeks. It was a fairly substantial job, and it was not leather season (mid-Winter), so I didn't mind. About 6 weeks went by and I didn't hear from him. I decided to call. When he answered, he said "Oh, why didn't you call me? Do you want me to put the jacket back together for you?". I wasn't quite sure how to reply other than to say "yes". About two or three weeks following this, I received a call telling me that the jacket was ready. In total, this is about 3.5 months.

I arrived at the shop to try it on, and the left shoulder/armpit is incredibly tight, and it hurts to actually put the jacket on. I mentioned it, and the owner seemed frustrated and hesitant to do anything about it. He took the jacket, turn it inside out, and took a pair of scissors and started cutting excess material out of it. It loosened the tightness somewhat, but it was (and is still to this day) ill-fitting and unwearable.

I am now looking to see if the jacket is even salvageable by someone else. In the end, it is a huge let down. I would not go back there again.

A lot of choices, the couple who own it are very helpful and friendly, great quality leather items, and a huge variety of items to meet anyone's needs or wants. Very impressed and will keep on my list of places to shop.
