I strongly advise against doing business with Gio. Initially, they present themselves as professional and committed, making numerous promises about the quality of their products and services. However, once they received the payment, their true colors emerged. The customer service rapidly declined, and they became unresponsive to my concerns. The equipment provided did not meet the standards we were promised, and any attempts to address these issues were met with dismissive behavior. Unfortunately, this company has proven to be unreliable and untrustworthy. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for your needs.

Very nice when you’re buying a piece of equipment. When we came back 1 day after purchasing it because there were issues with it not working properly from a machine that was apparently brand new and never been used Gio made all sorts of excuses and made us feel it was our fault. He called the person he bought it from they said if they came to look at it and it was a wasted trip he would charge us $300. I would never come here again and do business.

DO NOT buy fridges from this establishment. They are used and will break down within 2-3 months. This is their business model to sell bridges that are lemons they'll work for 2 months and then the compressors will go.

When you call them to inform them that the fridge you purchased from them is already broken down the owner will reply back with "So what do you want me to do about it?" The owner is definitely a real piece of work.

Go ahead, buy from this guy. You'll be right beneath me giving another review about how horrible his equipment is in about 3 months.

I was curious to see how things were going for Gio. I feel vindicated there are so many who have had truly bad experiences with this person. Whats interesting is the mix of reviews are either the worst or the best. The best are people who bought and nothing went wrong. Or they arent real. I'm not sure. The worst reviews are from the people where somehthing went wrong and that should tell you everything you need to know. He pretends to be your friend and sounds super friendly and supportive before getting the money. He is only happy to get the sale. He doesnt actually care for you or your business where a tool can make or break your business. You are better to buy elsewhere in my opinion. He is the restaurant equipment equivalent of an untrustworthy used car salesman. Gio will lull you in with a promise of a years warranty on used items and an initial price that is very low. However with each and every item you purchase from him, you really have to watch him because he will grossly over charge you if he thinks he can get away with it. That is his tactic and his con. I took him at his word and lost. HE HAS LOST MY TRUST AND I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HIM AGAIN. I was burned a couple of times and have since found other much more reliable and trustworthy suppliers. Id say he's lost about $80,000 of business from me since then and much more as I expand. Buyer... beware!!!

I bought two machine from him. And machine problem started a few month after purchase. we contacted him three times since last year end, and the problem still there. He use different execute to ignore fixing the issue. Said he didn't got my message or promise to come over but doesn't show up. What i want just fix it, how hard it is? Don't want those bad reviews from other customer become true. The after-sale service is horrible.

I was looking for a good deal on a refrigerator and I have been shopping around multiple places but decided to purchase from here because of the excellent servicer. I had many questions and concerns but Gio was able to take the time for a 1-on-1 experience to suggest the right refrigerator for my needs and budget. Will come back for future equipment needs.

Excellent experience! We renovated our restaurant few months ago and wanted to replace a few items. Gio gave us some recommendations/alternatives so that we can still get the equipment within our budget. Wednesday morning we called him for an issue with our Undercounter cooler and he sent his technician the same day. The cooler was fixed and is working well for the past few days. This was all covered under warranty as well. We are extremely happy with his service and will definitely buy from him again if we need more equipment in the future!

Got some good kitchen equipment from Gio's. Even though we were on a budget run, Gio still provided professional sales service to us, very knowledgeable and good recommendations. Gio provided reasonable prices on the equipment we've gotten. Warranty service was good too, we had some minor issues with some of the equipment and Gio took care of them in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend Gio's to my commercial friends.
