Although I didn’t have an ongoing relationship with this company, I was hired to deliver their groceries, and everything went smoothly—everything was accurate, on time, and there were no issues. However, as soon as I completed the delivery, they lowered the tip. This is called ‘tip baiting’—offering a higher tip upfront to get faster and better service, only to lower it later. Tips might seem unimportant to some, but they’re a sign of appreciation for hard work. Changing the tip like that shows a lack of respect and fairness. How you treat people, including customers and partners, reflects your true character. As the saying goes, ‘actions speak louder than words.’ Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I've been dealing with Garibaldi for a few years and things go smoothly until there's a problem especially with their outside sales people who you never hear from or see and then if there's a problem it's your fault and not theirs. If you push the issue they just simple close your account saying that you've created a "toxic environment" then don't have the courtesy to notify you. I've met the owners and like them but they need to hire competent and professional people for some reason other than being a good golfer.

As a PM in a large millwork company in Kamloops, BC, I highly recommend Garibaldi Glass. In early 2015 I was searching for a reliable commercial glass supplier for my 2 largest national millwork contracts, and one of my fellow PM's told me about Garibaldi. I have since ordered thousands of pieces of glass from them and have nothing but good things to say about this company. There have been minor issues along the way, but their amazing staff have always helped resolve them. Ellie, Lawrence and Craig (one of the owners) have been excellent to work with; they strive to meet their delivery dates and the product that they provide is superb.
