alkiss® WATER & AQUAZON is a game changer! I switched from bottled water a few months ago so as to a more dedicated course of clean fresh invigorating water. That is what alkiss® WATER & AQUAZON (Lower Mainland) offers with every filtered drop of fresh water consumed. I recently relocated to a nearby neighbourhood in Vancouver, BC and had to have my Aquazon water dispenser transferred to the new address. From start to finish the process was smooth and effortless. Alkiss customer service are very delightful to pre arrange the water dispenser transfer and the Alkiss Representatives Louis and Nick who did the field work installation had a great vibe making me feel comfortable every step of the way. They offered me options and provided there professional input on the best way to install the water dispenser while facilitating peace of mind. I highly recommend alkiss® WATER & AQUAZON for their exemplary service and the great tasting, healthy water as the greatest benefit!

Our school was newly renovated, and we bought their water dispenser and water. Their customer service was very friendly and helped me solve many problems. I have been a customer since Leland purchased this company & originated in Surrey before centralizing his location to Burnaby. I am loyal to any company who makes me feel valued as a customer. Their staff meet & exceed customer expectations, & maintain fair pricing in the market. Great people are hired here. Inside sales & delivery staff have been fantastic. Louis has been there for years with this company. A great right hand man behind the scenes in the management team. Alkiss knows water. Leland had vision of creating a health and wellness brand water company. In his personal life he also lives a lifestyle of wellness. Through hard work & perseverance he has grown his business throughout the lower mainland. i Love their water and Kenny seems to be sincere in the issues i have had with phone service [ the delivery driver is excellent in coming when he says he will ] however, no one almost never answers the phone ; I REALLY wanted to leave a glowing response but i need to be honest since it is important to feel i am a valid customer and address these issues as i have had the same problem every time i try to order...UPDATE ! i called today and the response from a staff member was beyond and above what i expected - changing to 5 STARS and understand again why i will keep getting ALKISS [ SPRING } WATER - not only is their water healthy and best tasting, but their work with community sports and medical issues is...!!!
