I ordered a jacket and a beanie from toughworkz and I have to share my wonderful experience. William personally contacted me to make sure I had the correct size and the right jacket. He also spoke to me mostly in French witch was a nice touch!
There was an issue with shipping that got corrected quickly and transparently.
All in all I am very pleased with the service and the goodies I got!

Had a great experience this morning visiting ToughWorkz. Bill helped me get a Tough Duck jacket for my trip up north. Great customer service with a nice, cozy store. Would've liked the 10% discount email I got online to be applied properly but that's okay - maybe next time! Highly reccomend visiting to purchase a chore/work jacket that's MADE IN CANADA here instead of Carhartt! Thanks for the help today Bill!

Ordered bike. It took almost two weeks to be notified that the bike was not available. With the refund being another week. They now want to sell me a much more expensive bike. I am now having trouble finding the bike that my son wanted for his birthday.
This was clearly a bait and switch. Offering a good sale and one bike then claiming to be out of stock to sale a more expensive one.

Edited to add. They did refund the same day after I wrote this review. The email I received was very rude any snippy. Funny thing they are still selling the bike I ordered for the same price. ( just a diffferent color) They have very shady sales tactics.
