I have been working building kitchens for nine years, and Foundry is a lifesaver to have on-site; they solve problems that I didn't even know that I had and make a sometimes stressful and complicated job a pleasure.

One of the things that differentiate them from everyone else is the commitment to excellence and customer service of their install team. When I did my walkthrough for the site with the PM, I asked for John from the install team to come to my site(I insisted). I did this because I knew that he would protect me from costly mistakes in the kitchen and make my life easy by formating his input in a way that I can pass quickly to the customer. he notifies me of the solutions that he has found for problems on site and works with me hand in hand to the finish. He is a pro and part of a team of pros who are the best in the business.

If you are building a kitchen, you should look no further than Foundry; take their advice, and you will have the best kitchen and construction experience money can buy.

If you are looking for a quality experience by experienced professionals, Pacific Supply is your one stop shop. Thanks to Jesse, Andre and team for assisting us with the setup of our new Coal Harbour Cafe restaurant on West Pender Street. The team has supplied us with all of our equipment and design needs. We just bought the new ice machine from this company recently. However, the New Ice machine wasnt working as all. We called them for fixing or replacement but they said we should contact with warranty company and the warranty company said we have to contact with techinicial guys. They try to pass us around for 3.5 months seen the day we received our NEW MACHINCE. Never buy any commercial equipments from this company any more.

I have done business with this company for a number of restaurants and have found them to be very professional and responsive to any challenges encountered along the way. I have assisted with the design and construction of hundreds of restaurants over the years and there has never been one that didn't have problems with a construction schedule or a supplier. In this regard Pacific adjusted their staff resources for me as required and met the time lines with minimal fuss.
