Douches beaucoup trop petites, en nombre insuffisant, le restaurant ferme a 21:00, mais a 20:30 ils retournent de bord en disant qu'ils ne servent plus rien. Le personnel n'est pas toujours polie, ou si tu ne parle pas bien l'anglais ils te regardent de travers... Beaucoup de personnes fouillent dans les poubelles, et si vous voulez vous faire réveillez stationner vous en arrière... Le parking sent souvent l'urine. Et si vous avez un conjoint et que vous voulez entrez dans la même salle de douche (pas la douche) oublié ça c'est chacun son tour... Assez décevant comme endroit... Besoin de reno.... Au moins il y a des magasins et resto autour....

The star is purely only for the restaurant because they work great and are friendly and make quality food.

The rest is just a nightmare.. showers are almost so dirty I don't want my dog to give a wash in it.. all is broken or super moldy and disgusting or does not work or is empty as you can see in the pictures .

You are not allowed to wash 2gether in 1 shower with your partner and pay twice.

The quality standards here are super low and now I also can say I'm a victim of diesel theft after seeing my diesel cap was taken off.

As a place, that's advertise is twenty four hours and being turned away from being able to have a shower., and as a driver who does a fairly dirty job like towing?
As doing long distance drives, you have no idea how good a shower feels before you climb into the bunk but. I find it pathetics being turned away until the showers are closed.... like guys, we don't have fixed schedules. Some of us drive road the evening to stop for the night. But whatever this location of esso service is pathetic and hope something breaks so other in the driver industry get better took care of.....

I’ve been coming to this station since 1986. Best location for us to eat, shower, parking and fuel the truck. I stop in your station at least 8 times a month, I can come up with the gas receipts. Each time your stuff gets ruder, last time when I was there the staff who took care of me was really rude, disrespectful and you can see that if you guys have cameras. He even gave someone else’s receipt to us which give us such a hard time in accounting stuff. Also, the shower’s condition is really miserable, I wonder if you guys ever clean it. After the last argument I had with your employee, I just want to avoid your place. I was in there in August 7th around 6 pm, if you check the cameras, you’ll see what I mean.

If I could leave a lower mark I would. The cook picks and chooses which order he is going to do first. I order bacon amd eggs 45 mins later, still no food.
However two other tables with more people,there was two at mine , 3 at one other , and 4 at another table. Their food came first, and they came in over ten minutes After I had given my order. Disgisting. The waitress constantly apologized for him. Apparently he is the boss favorite,or one of them. He is Apparently leaving soon so he doesn't care is what we were told.
Anyone who keeps an employee like that doesn't deserve my patronage. If you condone Bad behavior what else do you let slide in your restaurant?! Is it clean? Does it meet standards of health and safety!
I have been going there for almost 35 yrs now,I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!!!!!!!. Absolutely disgusting behavior. And the food that came wasn't anything to write home about either. Bacon was so greasy you could have used the grease to fry up two more eggs. Eggs were partially cooked, toast was dry and cold.
