I will start off with the usual spiel "if I could have left zero stars, I would have!"
I placed an order online and waited patiently for confirmation with a tracking number... never came. Called a couple times... nobody answered, emailed a couple times... nobody replied! Even Facebook messaged but they haven't even looked at it yet. I was supposed to receive the product 3 days ago. Order elsewhere if you ever want to receive your order...I feel like this place no longer exists. I would say "terrible customer service" but I guess a more appropriate quote should be "what customer service"

Great experience with this company. I placed an order online and it was ready for shipment the same day, from B.C. to Ontario in 6 days flat. I was offered a more expensive replacement for something they didn't have in stock at no extra charge, very impressed by that! They took a lot of care in preparing the shipment, everything was very well protected. You can tell that this company takes pride in what it does, and it showed from start to finish! Thank you so much, looking forward to my next order!

These guy's are awesome! I was looking to order a Diablo Nutrients professional starter kit, which I first ordered off of Amazon since they're usually pretty good with orders. When I did not receive my order, and they told me it was lost in transit. It took a additional 3 days to return my $. In the meantime, I was looking at other suppliers to purchase my sought item. I found it here, at Canadian Garden Supply, so I called and talked to Dan. He was very respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He hooked up free shipping after I told him about my previous experience with Amazon. Plus the kit was as only around $180.00, compared to Amazon which was about $270.00. So I ordered it, and it came right away. I will definitely be doing more business in the future. Thanks guys.

Ordered products to ship to Calgary. Almost two weeks after it was supposed to arrive and still nothing. Have sent multiple emails, no reply. Called multiple times, voicemail is full. Boo on you Canadian garden supply. Boo on you.

I bought some supplies here online because they had the best price, the supplies were mailed to the wrong address (billing) and I contacted them they apologized and re sent the supplies, I got them and one was damaged I contacted them and they said a replacement would be sent, took a little while but they sent it AND included some sweet swag very thankful for Dan going the extra mile on this one.

Now at this point they have clearly lost money and that sucks but I have given them 5 stars and looked forward to doing more business with them because they were the best price and stood behind their service time and time again. So support a local business with great prices (better than amazon even!)

Absolutely horrible experience and would never recommend . ordered stuff 3 weeks ago ,they took the payment that day and hasn’t shipped anything yet. This a $1000 order …. Not impressed and won’t be using them ever again

While somewhat responsive, very poor experience. Several problems when ordering, took a long time to resolve some issues and other questions/issues went unanswered (like when the products would actually ship). Then wanting to change terms of purchase after long series of messages and ultimately I cancelled order because I lost faith I'd receive it (in addition to wanting to raise price after order)

Excellent customer service. The morning after I placed my order, I emailed in to amend my order. I got a reply & my items were sent by 4:15pm that day. 5 days later my shipment arrived. Much appreciated, thankyou
