Bonnie is the most disrespectful rude person I have ever come across. You should NEVER yell at a customer for not knowing the rules of a bottle depot. It was the first and last time I will ever go there.

If I could give half a star I would. Showed up there with 3 people ahead of me that had max 4 bags, no one behnd me and 25 minutes to spare, unloaded all my bags and lady came out to say they close at 5 so wouldn't get to us and had to load everything back into the truck cause no way would they work 5 minutes extra. A strong indicator of the lazy work ethic that is out there.

There used to be great staff working there that were fast, friendly and efficient. Now they have new staff that are so slow, unfriendly, and totally ignore a person standing waiting for 20 to be cashed out or served while washing the bins first and stacking others. Time to implement a conveyor belt and card system for self serve efficiency anytime of the day or night. Save customers time and we'd get the correct count and credit back. Keep miserable staff behind the scenes.

I have gone to this bottle depot for as long as I have lived here for 19 years… when I was a kid it was fantastic, as I grew older I quickly learned that they are thieves, whether it’s the workers or the owner. My husbands business takes their bottles (Fountain Tire) in which my hubby brings and asks for a receipt. The respectable amount of money is returned. However when we bring our personal recycling in they absolutely screw us. It’s not when my hubby brings them. It’s when I do I get screwed. I have brought 11 black garbage bags full and they have given me $23.00 but when my hubby does it’s upwards of $100.00. I thought with their automated system they couldn’t be thieves but boy I was wrong. I have known and “worked” with some of these people and I am appalled.

Most of the staff is absolutely amazing. But the really skinny tall lady named deb, likes to scream and swear at customers. She also treats other staff horribly. This place has had so many great workers, it’s so sad that they have gone through many friendly great staff and this one is still there. She is the only reason my rating is missing stars.

I've never had an issue here. The staff can sometimes be a little mean but I've never really had a big experience with that. I've been coming here since I moved and yes, sometimes I've been ripped off but I mean, it's closer than any other place and it's easy cash so I can't really argue. 15minutes and 30+ cash? I'll wait.

I’ve never had any trouble with any of the staff here, I always find them efficient n courteous enough. My only trouble is getting there before they close at 5. They are open Saturdays but then there is the line up, especially now with everyone being careful, as it should be. And they are closed Sundays. So if you work full time, getting there in time can be difficult

Staff is generally good, there is one grumpy woman who can set you off in a bad mood. They need a new can counting machine as this one jams up constantly and only one person can use it at a time. Other than that they are better than most and will continue to use them.
