I called Trifab to make stands for my water filtration systems and after dealing with the general manger Vic in the phone I decided to take my business elsewhere.
He couldn’t understand simple measurements or instructions.
It was like talking to Biden.
I don’t understand how a company could still be in business when the guy running the place has alzheimer's.

Here's factual reality that can't be disputed:
1-the guy who thinks is doing a great job at running this shop, ISN'T.
2- Vic loves to get expert advice from his expert employees and then relay that info under the narrative of his own wealth of knowledge that his own credit doesn't spam past the YouTube video tutorials he hopes to pass off as experience. (what are his credentials or qualifications again, anyways?)
3.- Vic is everything that stops tri-fab from moving up to next level milestones, only ever taking Nick knack tringkety fabrication jobs that involve lots of the same thing; 250 posts on a 4 hole base plate, when he has a shop equipped to build a drilling rig
4.- it takes more then power hungry for authority little man trying to feel big & an alleged tin basher ticket from 30 years ago to run a shop; tried saying a journman ticket doesn't mean anything
5-. Yes it's a CWB shop, NO it doesn't have any CWB welders, cuz after Vic shelled out all the cash to test everyone, not a single welder passed. Meaning there shouldn't be any welding going on in a CWB affiliated shop without any CWB successful valid certificate holders and the last one that he had was fired on his last day of probation for practicing an overhead weld 3 minutes past the start time of 7:30 a.m.
6.-Numbers have been progressing downward & Vic has ran thru any good welders who gave him a chance & now Vic has to subscribe to a staffin agency to keep the rate of turn over contrasting to his psychological downfall that has him needing to fire people in order to feel like he matters in the world. Suspicious of a typical psychological syndrome that requires overcompensating for something else he's lacking or perhaps it's the issues that he has at home affecting his ability at work I don't know I don't care.
7.-any customers that have any positive reviews only do so to the fact of the amount of money that he undercuts in the industry in order to win over popularity and gain loyal business basically ruining the earning potential for everyone else when he takes jobs that he breaks even or loses money on just to win customers who end up leaving anyway
8.- SAFETY is not anything tri fab is concerned with however expect to be fired if u should accidently get hurt.... only of course after your return from the incidents conclusion.

AND THESE ARE FACTS & THEY SPEAK VOLUMES TOWARD MANY THINGS FACTUALLY BASED ABOUT THIS SHOP, or more so the guy who runs it*

Although I did not end up getting my modifications done here, the person I spoke to was extremely helpful. The job I was hoping to get done was not possible due to complexity but he advised me how to do it myself step by step.
