Awesome fabric store! I live in Bellingham, WA and there really are not any quality fabric store options in town. It is well worth crossing the border into Abbotsford to go here!

There is a huge selection of fabric. I love making waxed-canvas bags and they have a great selection. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable!

Love this family run fabric store, where parents and grandparents can be found helping out at any given time 🤩 Everyone there is so personable, friendly and helpful - you can’t help but want to stay for awhile and chat with them. So much fabric selection to choose from, too. Definitely a fave store of mine ❤️

I was skeptical purchasing and working with fabric for the first time but had a project that I needed to complete. After months of putting it off, I finally decided to purchase, and after days of researching for the right fabric to use, found it through Overseas Fabrics and for a reasonable price.

I am glad I purchased from them and I'm well pleased with the quality of the fabric, the care taken in shipping and customer support when dealing directly with Mr. Singh. He is an outstanding gentleman, who was very kind and helpful. I truly enjoyed speaking with him and pray that this family business will continue to prosper in the coming years. I have been sewing for under a month. This was my first visit to the shop. The amazing employees here (Jessica, Satnam, Des and G) helped me with absolutely EVERYTHING! I got great advice on fabrics and tools to help finish my project - a bed for my cat. I had enough fabric for that project plus more! I made potholders and scrunchie headbands from scraps. Excellent service and value! Will be visiting again soon.

5 stars is not enough. This family run business is exceptional. They go above and beyond in making you feel welcome in their store. Friendliness, service, and their helpfulness is paramount. Selection and prices are fantastic. I was looking for a specific material and G was on it to see if he could get it. To my delight he kept in contact and within days had it in. It is rare to find a business that exceeds all levels of what satisfies a customer but Overseas knows how to do it. I highly recommend and will continue to support this family run business over any box store again. Best store in the greater Vancouver area.
