This place is the best. My 88 year old dad’s old flip phone got caught in the sheets of his hospital bed and lost. Brandon from Ecotex found it and went to great efforts to find out who’s it was and get it back to him. I didn’t expect to ever see the phone again considering this is a big city hospital and it is a crappy old phone but Brandon seemed to know it would be important to its owner! Thank-you!

Bryan and the Ecotex Healthcare Linen Services team have been instrumental in the success of the annual Step Up 4 Cardiac Health event hosted by the Fraser Valley Health Care Foundation. Ecotex HLS has been the presenting sponsor for the past 3 years and have played a vital part in increasing not only the funds raised, but the number of participants. Thanks to their support over the years, the FVHCF has been able to raise over $38,000 towards the Cardiac Unit at Abbotsford Regional Hospital. In addition, Ecotex HLS supports many of the Foundations other events in a variety of ways and we enjoy a great working relationship with their team. Their generous contributions go a long way to support our Foundation and the communities we serve.

I had a blanket mixed up with the hospital blankets. The next day I filled out a form for the missing blanket, I just received it back today, my blanket went on a little adventure , but I'm happy i got back my limited edition blanket back. Thank you Brandon for returning my blanket. It's very much appreciated. I was so excited when I seen it on the counter

Can't thank Russell at Ecotex enough for truly amazing customer service. My brother-in-law was discharged from hospital late Wednesday evening. He realized he had misplaced his iPhone the next morning. Multiple calls and visits to the hospital Thursday weren't able to locate the phone - we figured it got bundled up in the hospital sheets and washed. We were just about to write off the phone as gone forever when a Friday morning desperation call to the phone was answered by Russell! He had found the phone and knew the owner would want it back, but had no way of tracing it. So he kept it close and answered it when it rang - even though the ringer had been turned off! After quickly exchanging contact info before the phone ran out of battery, Russell then arranged a way for us to pick it up. Russell's actions saved hundreds of dollars and the significant hassle of getting a replacement, plus avoided the loss of important data. Thank you for caring Russell!!! And thank you Ecotex!

As a supervisor in Healthcare Support, Brian Gold has been instrumental in fine tuning our needs, anything from navigating the ordering system to emergency orders. A huge shout out to Chris Bullinger and front line staff,from the lost and found department who found a patients cell phone that was lost in the bedding and sent to the plant. They found the phone within 12 hours and will have it delivered back to the patient within 48 hours. Finally a huge Thank You to the drivers especially Vince for keeping me on my toes. Very grateful!
