This place is depressing, the mall manager doesn’t have clue what he’s doing. Most of the stores are junk resellers. The parking lot is a mess.

When you go inside the mall you are greeted by broken window panes and Halloween decorations that have sat out for two years.

Hopefully they get a new manager before all the stores vacate. (Shouldn’t take long now that Scotiabank is leaving)

I am new to the area and someone was walking their dog around the mall. I asked if I could bring my dogs inside? He answered “Yes” but this is not so! Other than I am not allowed to walk my dogs in the mall, security is always around! They are very rude to talk to so I do not bother to say Hi where usually I would! They seem like they watch your every move! They do make you feel uncomfortable! Okay! The Stores are very minimal! Warehouse One has regular sales and new items. Donairs are great! Sportchek is great! The Brick is great for furniture but I paid $300 after a discount for a lamp! Giant Tiger is always busy while jysk is not! Get nails done! Dr Mosil who will get you off opioids is wonderful! Herbal or vitamin store, Pet Valu is great if you have pets but expensive, (Purchase a Barbie Jean jacket for my 5lb dog costing $50), 2 great other stores to check out for discounted items, etc… I thought it was weird that you have to drive around the back to get to I think is bingo and the DMV, sorry Amazon beats all the prices and variety! I feel there is really not a lot to shop! Too bad as I like to spend money!

Stores on Google are not up to date as to what is located in the mall. Mall could use a makeover with fresh new shops! It does have a specialty shop Wild west gallery which I recommend checking out for antiques, aboriginal art and decor.

They accuse business owners of things they don’t do than push them out of the mall after that person did nothing but provide them with good services for the last 9 months. Everyone in that mall lies and makes up drama to ease their own enjoyment. Biggest regret was moving my family to this town to put my heart and soul into that mall and a business there.

The Mall Would be a lot better without Avenue Living and their Mall Cop Goons. John Gunn and John Lynch never needed stab proof vests to keep the place safe. It would be nice if Avenue Living would just sell it and leave my beautiful City for good to be honest. A lot of shadiness with that cartel. The DMV and the Doctor office and pharmacy staff are amazing though.
