I hate posting really negative reviews, but I feel it is justified in this case.
I brought my bike to them for servicing. Upon pickup I noticed the fairing was broken and had some cheap glue and paint smeared on it. When I made a comment saying "that is new" I was immediately told that was there before. But I know it was not. I understand mistakes happen but honesty goes a long way. They tried to cover up or fix the issue with out being honest and then lied about it. I would stay away from a shop like this. I wonder what else is broken 🤔. It is an older bike in great shape. Just lack of honestly is not good business. Take your bikes somewhere else.

Awesome place! Took my bike for an out of province inspection, Tom and Chad were friendly and honest. Price was very reasonable! Great guys! Would come back for my next bike!

Give these guys a call if you need any small engine parts or machining, great service, got parts in quicker than anyone else could and got the work done very quickly all at a great price too

I recently had the pleasure of taking my KX100 to Mot's Machining for some much-needed work, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly, and their friendly demeanor put me at ease.

Brought the crank for a vintage bike to be trued - was done the next day and price was more than reasonable. Person who did the work was also an enthusiast and had a great conversation as well. Will be returning for any special engine work needed!

Unfortunately these guys do not back up their work. Had a Polaris RZR motor in on 2 different occasions back to back for the same issue spent almost$3000 in their shop to still have a motor that blew up after the first 2 minutes of run time. Turns out we got the parts replaced under warranty but Mots feels that we should pay once again to have them put it back together.

Second issue, the motor sat in their shop for months due to the fact they gave the wrong information for parts to be ordered, their knowledge is not at the level they have a reputation for, once parts arrived the motor still sat in their shop not repaired for weeks until we finally decided to pick it up not repaired.

If you want a shop that hardly answers their phone, gives you zero update unless you reach out when they do choose to answer their phone, doesn’t back their work and holds no accountability after payment been received and zero time management, this is your shop to choose.

Just took my BMW touring bike in for out of province inspection. I am so impressed with Mot's ... these guys do awesome work and I TRUST them. Prices were most reasonable and total straight shooters. Will be my only future bike service shop, having just moved to Edmonton. Would not consider going anywhere else.
