Worst service ever. Had to leave. Waisted a bunch of time and left without doing my returns. To busy organising the back instead of serving a customer. Waited for 15+ minutes. Two people were doing returns upon arrival. Both couldn't move any slower. One finished up and just left and went to organize. They other still had several large bags to count. Definitely won't be going back

After they count your cans they come up with some excuse to not pay (out of cash or out of printing paper) my personal favourite though is when they counted my cans which my grandpa a 70 year old man took there for me and they told him they’re closing soon and don’t have time to count the money and we’re conveniently out of printing paper for receipts then too. This has happened to a few people I know it’s better to take the extra time and just go to Nanton

Staff is awesome super friendly highly efficient.. they make it fun for a job that isn't so fun good job guys.. was just at the Bottle Depot today and June was working he did a great job and they were full right out the door with customers and still had time to have a conversation smile so good job guys

With in 10 mins to closing they told me to leave n come back in the morning n it always takes for ever to a refund.
I THINK THEY SHOULD STAY OPEN TILL AT LEAST 5PM LIKE MOST PLACES

The staff are always friendly, work quickly to get people in and out AND it supports a good cause. What's not to like?
