My dad had knee surgery in gp. Hospital faxed his prescriptions to valleyview. My sister drove my dad and stopped to pick them up, to find out they didn't even start. Got told about an hour and I would get a text. 1.5-2 hrs later my sister went to check and ya they had them done 20min after she went in. No text no nothing. My dad can't wait to get home. Not impressed and will not go back to the valleyview location.

These guys are great if I need to phone in a prescription for a pet. They always have or can quickly get what I need. They're also great for my personal prescriptions and I love the Be Well app points and even refilling prescription using the app.

No one answers the pharmacy phone, "short staffed", now, no stock in the pharmacy of a very common medication
Guess I'll just transfer my rx elsewhere.
What a joke.
Poorly managed.
Now you can be short customers. And when you start to whine you have no profits.. that's on your manager

Well when a person needs to pick up their prescription on a Saturday and is told we have no pharmacist today we couldn’t get one in. Then continues on by saying we might have one in tomorrow but maybe not for a senior that is scary. I think it is time for you people to get your job done and hire a pharmacist. Especially when down the road there is another pharmacy that has pharmacist in the store every day. Wake up rexall

Have been to Rexhall pharmacy several times over the past 1.5 yrs and the pharmacist Jonathon has been beyond helpful. He had always answered my questions and pointed me in the right direction. Even over the phone questions he always takes the time to
assist me.

Thank goodness this is not my regular pharmacy. Put a smile on your face. And when you see a customer waiting, don't just look through them. AND, FFS, PUT A FIRE UNDER UR ASSES.
