I was cheated by the sales girl here. She gave me cheap chinasilk and charged for puresilk. When my tailor told me about it and I confronted her, she had to return the extra money. I could not believe this can happen in Canada, bargaining and cheating is something I totally forgot about, being in Canada for so long.. This is just to remind everyone, that don't take anything in face value in this store.

They did an amazing job on pre stitching and making a custom made saree blouse for my bridal outfit. They are attentive to detail and make sure they know exactly what you want while offering suggestions. The owner is a very kind and friendly man, highly recommend!

Ruined my dress. Charged me $150 for alteration of my engagement dress and ruined the bust area. Pads sit 1.5 inch above my breast. We asked to be fitted properly and he wanted to charge us $50 extra for that. We picked up the dress after a couple of days and he didn’t change a thing. Ripped my dress as well.

I come here often and am always pleased. I'm finally writing a review about their service and commitment to customer satisfaction. I asked the owner of a saree blouse could be fixed in under a week. Both front and back neck needed to be fixed. My measurements changed so it needed to be taken in. It basically needed to be re-sewn. Under uncle's direction, his Tailor did a fantastic job. I'm EXTREMELY PLEASED.

Worst customer service. They didn’t deserve for any single star rating. The girl working in store has no basic etiquette to talk. When i point her to improve customer service, she started arguing. Give training to your employees how to deal with customers in professional manner.
