I visited the museum with my mom this summer and we chose to do the self-guided tour. We were provided with a tour booklet, which was very informative. We appreciated the consistent layout of the booklet and that it was easy to understand.
The museum itself was very clean and well organized. The grounds were mowed and there were flowerpots everywhere, adding pops of colour to the site. The site is wheelchair and stroller accessible, with plenty to draw the viewers' attention. The summer student was wonderful, answering our questions and providing information. She even got us some ice cream, which was delicious! I highly recommend visiting!

Found this neat gem while visiting the Gibbons area. Located in a quiet neighborhood and free public access.
Five stars for cleanliness and inviting outdoor history display.
Not a super exciting display for kids but a nearby playground should help. Picnic tables available nearby.

Great little museum! Beautifully maintained and each building was well furnished. The staff were great and very knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised and glad I decided to stop in.

A tiny museum of historical items but interesting to have a look around. It's free (donations accepted). A nice little stop if you're passing through on a road trip.
