As Telus no longer has any service people in town, it was nice to go here and change out my non working remote for a new one. The employees were all very helpful and easy to talk to.

not great,constant confusion and my phone keeps going down...i go to the store and its always 20 min or more of pure confusion, my phone is shaky,the buttons either don't hit or hit twice...impossible to send a text... and does not work well,right now i am on hold waiting for more than 20 min to try to get service...I'd avoid telus if possible if i where you...looking for an alternative now..still on hold....still no phone...they have no problem talking to me when they are constantly trying to upsell me , turns into a ghost town when i try to get service to fix my phone yet again...worse service ever,worse phones ever..the photo is my service call...damn near 40 min most of it on hold,the rest having someone not listen to me and go in circles in broken english...not impressed. choose anything but telus unless you like to be put on hold.

Why is this the only provider willing to drive 5 minutes out of town to and set up an internet connection. Hell it would just be easier to have internet stations next to the North Road to offer better a more secure connection for anyone living nearby (which there is a lot)
