Gurtaj was freakin amazing! He was very patient and able to answer all of our questions and he was honest where if he didn't know something he would just tell us

He was very straightforward and honest unlike other trellis representatives I've dealt with on mobility calling them.

This store has always been good to us the past couple years and don't let it reflect telus. Because telus corporate is the devil.

Terrible customer service. Went it looking to return me device for my bring it back return, Staff looked at me like a deer in headlights when I told them what I wanted, and was told I can not be helped. 5minutes with online chat and my issue was fixed. I continue to question why this location still stays open. Never had good in person customer service at that location in years and do everything me self online now.
