Natalia was wonderful to work with. She made my wedding outfit exactly 100% how I imagined it. She's easy to work with, communication was fantastic, and stuck to the timelines she projected. The finishing touches she made were perfect.

I had a pair of Arc'teryx hiking pants altered by Natalia and the results were amazing. She altered several aspects of the pants: hemmed, tapered, seat etc. and now they fit perfectly. Will definitely go back to Natalia for future alterations.

I have had such a good experience working with Natalia. I needed two bridesmaid dresses and an usher’s suit altered for a family wedding. She was very professional and did a great job. She stuck to the price quoted and the timeline we had agreed.

In particular I was thrilled with her work on the suit. I was sent what was basically a man’s suit for my 12 year old and asked to get it adjusted. He has not started his growth spurt yet and it was quite ridiculous on him. . When Natalia and I both stood and looked at him wearing it at the start he was like a kid dressing up in his dad’s clothes. I wasn’t sure she would accept the job. She did and managed to work magic on it. He now looks awesome and can feel so confident on the day.

Natalia is a true rockstar and I feel so lucky to have her business in the Bow Valley! She has altered and repaired countless clothing items for me (because I'm 5'0" and nothing ever fits me!).

Most recently I was blown away by the incredible work she did altering my hockey shin pads, which I've had for years. It was looking like it was time to retire them as the Velcro straps were almost completely worn. I wasn't sure if she'd be able to help with equipment, but she readily accepted the job and was able to give my gear a second life!!
