SML Entertainment was fantastic. I was looking for a Skee Ball machine and a cocktail pac-man/multi-game table for a party I threw. Tony and SML were fabulous. They made it happen perfectly, delivery and rental logistics were simple. I'd highly recommend this group if you're looking for game rentals. Other companies I spoke with had these games but lacked any real feel and authenticity (think Toys-R-Us) as they did not have an arcade feel, but the Skee Ball from SML entertainment was incredible and the multi-game cocktail table was excellent too. Perfect arcade renditions of the games.

I had two very amazing interactions with the SML North team this past week that has cemented them as my goto shop for all of my billiard needs. They were able to resolve issues with my playing cue in an extremely timely manner and with top notch quality. I also play in their weekly pool league and with the playoffs coming up at the end of the month, its refreshing to know that I won't be waiting weeks for the repairs to be completed and worry about whether I'll have my cue ready in time. Their team is also super friendly and always willing to give you the time of day to help you out with any questions you have as well.

We have been customers of SML Entertainment for many years now. The entire team is terrific to work with - they are uniformly focused on customer experience and it shows. We recently purchased a Caldera salt-water hot tub and could not be happier with it. Service throughout our long history has been great too - very very helpful. We just ordered a bubble hockey game and are looking forward to it's arrival before Christmas.

pool table is good really like it, after paid everything up front for the delivery and for the table , on delivery day they wanted another $400 because my delivery time is in the evening that was there excuse I refused and they canceled my delivery and after sometime I got my table at a extra cost, till today they have not made things right. I did contact management and they dint respond or provide and customer service or make things right.

stay away! now a days you buy a good pool table anywhere
why go through this when you don't have to. I think the best thing is to stay away!
