Needed a trailer jack mount repaired. Received an estimate that matched the price I expected and dropped the trailer off mid-afternoon. Before lunch the next day I got a call that the trailer was ready for pickup. Best part is that the final invoice was less than the estimated cost and the guys in the shop painted the added steel for me too.
Repaired mount is far stronger than the original.

On my cross Canada raising money for children with cancer, I showed up at The Welding Shop needing a repair, where Rob and Mark helped me straight away. They squeezed me in and had me back on the road in 90minutes, then donated their services to help the cause. Thanks TWS for keeping me moving!

I called ahead to let them know I needed the aluminum poles of my backdrop stand fixed as they were bent out of shape. I was immediately greeted by a friendly voice on the phone and I was told to drop by anytime for an estimate. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile from the receptionist (Sydney), and she called out to Darcy to assist me. Darcy was also friendly, efficient and very professional! He explained what needed to be done and charged me way less than the estimated repair value. Plus the pole was repaired instantly to save me time of having to return another day, as I had to drive 30 minutes to get here. Such amazing customer service!! Would highly recommend The Welding Shop!

I would highly recommend the Welding Shop. I needed a custom piece of scientific equipment made, after a phone call with Darcy and a couple emails, a few days later it was ready. I am extremely happy that they were able to exactly create the product I envisioned without any drawings. Every aspects of my experience with them (customer service, price, turn around time, and quality) exceeded my expectation! I plan on using their services again.
