Great store with great deals on Indian groceries. The store is well organized open concept. You will find everything needed including snacks, frozen stuff, legumes, all sort of flour rice even soecialized cooking utensils, mini temples god & goddes statue, traditional decoration and much more. Front staff is nice they even have free testing food at the cash counter. Over all a great store for indian groceries highly recommended. No public washroom and ample parking. They even offer grocery carts no coin needed jjst you have to bring them back. Check out attached images & follow me for more detailed reviews.

Placed a $6000 order for custom take out bowls and had a very unpleasant experience from start to finish. Initially they quoted a 60 day delivery time and when taking my deposit in June I didn’t receive my order until the very end of November(5months). No delays in shipping were reported and I didn’t receive any updates to the shipping time until I disputed the transaction with my bank. Then when we received the order they turned out the wrong colour. Every time I brought up the delayed delivery they gas lit me and told me they didn’t say it would take 2 months. When we told them we could not accept the bowls and needed them remade or refunded they told me I approved the colour and that they wouldn’t correct the error. We have a small business and paying for $6000 in take out bowls was no small purchase. They refuse to take accountability for any of their errors and should not be trusted as a reliable source for custom orders. Buyers beware, they will tell you what you want to hear to make a sale and wipe their hands clean of any wrong doing. This is shameful business practise.

I asked for something I didn't find, and there was a girl working called Nav, and she is disrespectful and didn't know how to handle it with customers. She have zero knowledge of the stuff they carry and didn't know anything about the grocery or anything else. She is rude and didn't respect the other customers who are looking for stuff.

Store is great, we visit here quite often but today cashier was very rude and arrogant with us. I went with my friend for groceries and had two different payments and something was on discount with limit of one item and she was like you guys paid from one card for that discount. Is it really… I showed her card numbers on receipts which were different and then she was like she don’t care. If you can’t make someone’s day with good customer service then don’t ruin it atleast
