They do amazing unbelievable repair work on musical instruments; customer service is wonderful. A great experience indeed !! In fact my DSP is working better now than when I got it new. Wow !!

This review is way overdue! Initially, Alex at Lextronics did an amzing job of servicing and repairing my Roland FP8 Keyboard. Someone had spilled a sticky drink on it and despite the breadth of the impact, Alex did a stellar job in repairing it.

Additionally, a few months ago, I had Bobby in the Electonics repair part of this company (Stereos, C.D. players etc.) look into repairing my Harmon Kardon Receiver (2002 model ) and a Teac C.D. player. They assessed the damage, and advised me that both these machines were worthy of repair. They were well made (don't make um like they use to) and not only did they do a great job of repairing both, but in record time and at a very fair cost.

I have recommended Lextronics to all who wonder if there is a place where they can get minor or major repairs done to their electronics in the city. Check them out - you'll be glad you did.

Great service, fair price and fast. Took my powered mixer that was having issues and peaking out randomly. Only took 2 days and was fixed, cleaned up very nicely and ready to go. Thanks again!

I always have a great experience at this store . The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I am always confident in their ability to fix the items I give them and they never fail to do so either. I am also surprised how quick the staff at lextronics conduct their repairs, allowing for much shorter wait times for customers. Overall I am very happy with the service i have received and am looking. forward to my next visit to lextronics.

I was referred by long & mcquade to repair my Marshall Amp. I was really happy with the service. Bobby had my Amp back in just a few days. I would recommend lextronics for any audio repair.

I gave them a guitar pedal (Phase 90) to fix. They told me the turnaround time would be a week and a half. I actually waited 2 and a half weeks before I called them for a status update. They stated that they'll give me an update the following day. This cycle went on until a full month went by. Finally I gave them a call and stated that I'm going to come by and pick up the pedal, regardless on if it was fixed or not. They finally called me back the next day and said that the pedal is fixed and ready to be picked up.

I get to the shop, and they tell me that "everything has been fixed, components have been made better, and it sounds great". They charged me $110.00 for the work. I get home, plug the pedal in, and realize it hadn't even been fixed. It had the exact same problem from before. I don't think they even touched it. I go to the shop the next morning, trying to keep a cool head. I ask for a full refund because it was not fixed. I'm then told to come back in an hour because Alex wasn't around. During this time, I go to the nearest Long and McQuade to purchase a similar pedal, just so I can show them a comparison between my pedal and a working pedal. They compare the two and finally realize that there was a problem with my pedal. Not only that, but they asked to hang on to the newly bought pedal so they can compare the two items (which I was very hesitant on doing, since I planned on returning the pedal to Long and McQuade).

They finally fixed the pedal (after a grueling month and a half). I would be hesitant to come here again, especially since they charged me without even fixing the problem initially and having the audacity to say that it's been fixed without even touching it. Funny thing is they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience it caused. I gave two stars because they eventually got it fixed. I would have given one if they didn't fix it and kept my money.

I live in Red Deer and I called there and spoke with Bobby, I was needing a boombox repair and he said he would be able to help me.
I took it to Bobby after setting up a time to meet him.
I am so happy with the service, the in every aspect.
Bobby was able to do the repairs in a great time frame.. seeing how this was an older item and not probably a usual request.
Bobby is very professional and welcoming g, communication back and forth was wonderful, great price.
I would give more than 5 stars if I could and highly recommend him, I also would like to add that he is very honest which is a big relief as well.

I've been a Lextronics customer for many years. I've had multiple speakers repaired by them. From my Wharfedale to my Vleodyne DPS-12 and now my Rane-62, the service has always been great.
