Amazing find in Calgary just behind TNT Mall in the NE..luxurious fabrics, incredible colors and sequined patterns, stunning affordable kaftan, scarves and bags.
Very kind, helpful almost too shy staff..hehe..just love it here when looking for over the top fabrics at a ridiculously low price at that too.

Absolutely terrible customer service. It sounds like there are constantly complaints about the same 2 women employees. I came in the store with my baby and wasn’t even acknowledged for a full 20-25 minutes. I drove up all the way from the south just to come to this store and this is how I was treated. Eventually I just left frustrated because I had somewhere else to be. I came back to the store again and was again ignored. The owner said hello at the door but then left from the main area as he was busy. We were in the store for about half an hour before being spoken to by anyone else, then to make matters worse they started helping a customer in the middle of helping us, when I had come earlier they didn’t stop to help me … it seems they only talk nicely to people y who speak Punjabi, because with them they’re all friendly and with me so rude and moody. They also have no ideas of the prices of the fabric, they just tell you the price based on what they think you’ll spend, meanwhile they lower prices for other customers right in front of you, I know this because I witnessed it. I may not speak Punjabi but I understand it as my husband is!!! The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the owner was kind and listened to why I was upset, however his staff are extremely rude. I’m a business owner myself and this is NOT how you run a business!!! I’m absolutely appalled!

Bought this folding bed, after just using it single time it broke down only after one day of buying it. Super cheap quality. Went to shop again and they told once its sold they can’t do anything. Really bad experience.

I’m looking for cotton,microfibre,hemp and towel material. The sales assistant has no idea what I am asking for. She led me to the cotton line, then proceeded to answer all my questions about the other material with answers about the cotton like a robot. You want to make sales, hire people who can communicate in English. It’s a universal language.

Really bad customer service ,the owner is friendly but the customer service is below 0% .no exchanger , even I asked her boss number ,she said No .you should take customer service knowledge.please owner ,you are good but you should tell them what to do.and leave your cell phone number there.

Amazing place to get beautiful fabric. Mandeep is so nice and very friendly. I don’t know how I’m just discovering this rare gem. They have my business. I would be referring to all my friends. Amazing prices too. I love it
