They didn’t let me take a road test and told me I needed a novice course, but when I first inquired about it, they said I didn’t need it because I already had a license from Vancouver, and they would consider that. They told me there was no need for the course, and even after I passed my written test, they confirmed that I didn’t need the novice course. They booked me for the road test twice and knew I hadn’t taken the course.

They waited until I had paid for a car, missed hours at work, and paid for a taxi. When I arrived, they told me I couldn’t take the test.

Ask 2 people the same question and you'll get 2 different answers, while the website will say something completely different. And if you tell the person "helping" you what you were told last time by their coworker, they'll give you attitude and make you feel like you did something wrong by receiving the wrong information from their coworker. 2/10 employees actually know what they are talking about. Good luck !

Went in to get my drivers record. The lady would not move or get up from her chair to assist me. She wanted me to yell my information and we both could not understand each other. People need to stop being this lazy.

Staff NOT helpful nor cooperative, didnt help people if they are not aware of the process nor provide any one time exception.
Charlottetown Office is far better then this Garbage place and staff.

I have just recently moved to PEI from Ontario and had gone into access to get a license plate swap/registered. And absolutely loved the atmosphere and the wonderful service given to me By Ms. Tina. I would highly and strongly recommend anyone to see her specifically.

I never got accurate information from Summerside access PEI. I was asked for a document which was not required for a road test and the whole situation made me feel so bad, upset and discriminated. Thanks!
