I have been woodburning for a few years now and NOTHING beats the quality of a Razortip product. Their selection is amazing but their customer service in particular is outstanding. I placed an order online and realized I had entered the wrong address after I had finalized the order. I sent an email to their customer service address and shortly after Al Wood responded to me saying he had corrected the problem for me. This was at 7pm and their hours are listed as a 5pm close. I will never, ever buy Pyrography tools from anywhere else!

Ordered jelutong wood for carving. They sent a busted up piece of wood that they couldn't sell in a store if you saw it in person. We complained and they were awful and said just cut around the damage. Really? We paid premium per inch, and it is busted all the way down the full piece. Buyer beware!

As per the photos, it was not just rough cut, it was damaged. The strap marks were inches deep and there was no workaround for that. We would have lost heavily on return shipping. We never expected perfect but we didn't expect unusable, especially when we paid by the inch. You did offer more wood but for full price with no discount and a charge for finishing. Your customer service was demeaning because we didn't accept your damaged wood.

I ordered a high end air brush from Razertip and was pleased with the help I got when I called with questions about the product. The order shipped the same day I placed the order and is scheduled to arrive on the West Coast two days later. All in all I was really happy I decided to get my air brush from these guys.
