Took my brand new jacket for a small repair as the lining in the sleeve had come off. They not only fixed it right there and then , they refused to charge me anything. So impressed with their customer service and quality of work. Thank you so much.

Very friendly family run business, which is the only reason I am rating so high. I went in for estimates was quoted anywhere from 35-65 per dress and because i had so many she said i would get a deal, talk to the boss when i come back next day...next day I'm told I have to pay 125-250 per dress. 2 of them need to be done again as the skirt part was cut so short that the bottom of my ass and vagina show... not really interested in advertising the goods, the one top part is horrible, so I didn't get to wear for my vacation, which was the reason I was having them altered. The short set is completely slanted, looks worse then when they started, didn't even do what they charged me for and still didn't credit.

For the prices they charged, I expected better outcomes. I unfortunately would not recommend nor would I ever go back unless they fixed their mistakes and made this right.

Was rushing to catch a ferry back home to the Sunshine Coast so stopped in for advice only on how to best repair a small hole on a brand new t-shirt. They asked if we had 10 minutes and then did the repair while we waited. So well done that it is barely visible, and, to top it all off, they did it free of charge! Outstanding service and workmanship.

I am so happy with the great seamstress work and services of Stitches International. Jyoti, Raman and Ahmad are outstanding in their work ethic and they care about making their customers happy. Recently I had alternations done for my wedding outfits (Indian styles clothes). My outfits fit so well after the alteration. I have also had western clothes altered (pant and dress hems, shortening of sleeves) I highly recommend Stitches International for all your alterations.

Overcharged for work they did not do and completely sloppy work for what they did do. Left my daughter's grad dress in to get hemmed. They charged me $262 to surge the inner slip (said there were two layers, but in reality there was only ONE layer), then to just "cut" the inner two layers of mesh, and to "finish" the outer layer of mesh. Well, there were also only two layers of mesh (not three as they falsely told me in their shop), so they charged the to cut two layers which were $25 each, plus $40 for surging two inner layers of the slip material, plus $125 to "finish" the outer layer (which was just the second layer) of mesh fabric at the bottom. This is what they did do: 1. surged ONE layer of inner slip material which should have cost $40 according to them 2. cut TWO layers of mesh material which should have cost $25 each according them. THAT IS IT. They did not finish the outer layer as they originally charged me for. And to top it off, the mesh they cut looks uneven and like a kindergarten child cut it. Not even cut with a straight fabric cutter. They overcharged me by $170!!!!! They are complete scam artists. I will be disputing with my bank. The sad thing is, my husband used to drop off dress pants all the time there for alterations and they always did a good job, however it looks like they must be under new ownership and definitely has no business running an alteration shop. Park Royal should also be aware of this scammy shop operating there. I am so upset and disgusted that they ruined my daughter's grad dress.

I stopped by the Park Royal store 30 minutes before closing in need of an emergency alteration. They were very busy but managed to attend to my repair right away. Such a pleasant staff and very considerate. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
