This place is amazing!! I have never felt more taken care of in a store than here. They not only made an effort to help me find what I was envisioning for my dress but they also made me feel comfortable and beautiful. The one lady ended up taking a dress out of the back room for me and it was absolutely perfect!! The prices are super reasonable and they included personal tailoring. The tailor completed all my alterations over night and tweaked it justing my second fitting. If you want a full positive experience where you feel like you are truly taken care of, you should definitely come here!!

Mona Cloth House has a gorgeous variety of Indian formal wear. Rajni is the sweetest lady who assisted me when I was having last minute wardrobe malfunctions for an outfit I was going to wear to a wedding. She took such great care of me. The tailoring lady took all my measurements correctly and everything ended up fitting perfectly. I would definitely recommend them to everybody. ❤️

initially pleased with service even though it was kind of mediocre since i was speaking english and appear “young” and also out of sheer desperation i didn’t haggle and they also acted like they gave me a deal but i thought what the heck and bought a reception outfit, support local/support brown, it was very nice and decent quality as far as I know, however it required alterations for the next day, which i told them and they assured me over and over and over it would be ready (I was picking it the day I was going to wear it) and we agreed on a time (12pm); of course when I came the next day it was not ready and they were shocked and confused; they supposedly went and chased down the tailor at the bus stop and made me feel bad/grateful and told me to come back end if day and of course I was like I NEED IT IN AN HOUR (fyi I went at 3pm, 3 hours after our agreed time so definitely assumed it was ready) and after some gabbing made it happen but it was very stressful to go there and back multiple time on the day of since i don’t have a car. This was so bizarre. Was the tailor just like done? I was so disappointed because they were so kind the day before. I would completely understand that alterations may not be done in such a turn around but then don’t promise as such. If they were upfront and honest and just said we can’t do it in time (or if they kept better track of their alterations) this would’ve been a better experience and I think I would’ve bought the suit anyway because I have none even though I really needed it for a wedding. Just be clear and realistic and honest. I gave this 3 stars though because I still returned and bought something to wear to a funeral and future funerals because that’s the last thing you want to be fussed over on such a day. I have to say again they were so so nice and tried to remove a stain/gave a minor discount when it couldn’t be removed anyway but this did not require any alterations so who knows what that would’ve been like. Anyway I love that I don’t have to go to surrey for all my wedding and funeral needs lol.

My mom and I have been shopping at Mona's for years and we never leave disappointed. The staff there is great and very helpful. I went in recently to get an outfit for an event and I had a vision of what I wanted but they didn't quite have what I was looking for so they made it for me in house! It was exactly what I wanted and it fit perfectly, they have great tailors working there and I was so happy with my outfit, the service and how quickly it was made!! Highly recommend going to Mona Cloth house and I will continue to shop here!!

I have an Amazing experience at Mona Cloth House! Best quality and best deal !! Owner was very sweet !! Give best price .I find Surrey stores are overpriced . Mona cloth house has new trending design they also have boutique piece as well

Bought two outfits . I only wanted to buy one as the second one was very big for me. The owners stressed me to buy and make it fit to my size and told her don’t think u can alter that much and she said that’s their job they know how you just buy it . I asked her what happens if it doesn’t fit well after one alterations and her reply was they will fix it till it’s the right fitting without any problem and again i asked for sure without you people complaining u will fix it and she said trust me trust my words . So I paid and left for alterations and first fitting wasn’t good at all and told them they have to fix properly and at that point the owner yelled at me for being picky and I tried to tell her u said I will fix it to my size my liking so why u yelling . Her tone her words were very bad and guys think before u buy anything from this sweet talking owners . These people are verbally abusive liars theives
Don’t buy anything here don’t shop . Stand up for other customers whom they have abused by not shopping there I beefiys don’t shop here as they have inexperienced tailor they have unprofessional staff and owner abusive and liars . They promise to alter but once money in there hand they yell at u and insult u . Never ever will recommend anyone to shop here I lost three outfits due to their negligence 600$ down the drain poor quality clothing poor quality service poor quality alterations bab place if u want to be yelled and insulted this is the place and make sure both owners husband and wife there as they both very good in insulting and abusing customers

I had an Amazing experience at Mona Cloth House! I wasn’t too sure on what I wanted to wear for my cousins engagement but they really listened to what type of look I was going for and really helped me find the perfect outfit. I received numerous amount of compliments. I 100% recommend them to anyone who is looking for bridal or non-bridal outfits, they are so helpful and will make sure to exceed your expectation.
