After my initial frustration with an incorrect logo color order of custom hats from UNITEX Sales Ltd., I am happy to report that the company went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Craig, the CEO, personally reached out to me shortly after my previous review and offered a sincere and prompt apology. He took full responsibility for the issue and was committed to making things right.

Craig invited us into their office to compare the thread color in person against the shirts we already had. We were able to match the color as closely as possible, and they even printed a mock-up hat for us to see and approve before proceeding. I was extremely impressed with how quickly they acted once the issue was brought to their attention—our new hats were ready in just one day from approval.

The quality of the stitching and the color match on the new hats is fantastic. They look sharp, and I’m more than satisfied with the end result. Craig and his team handled the situation with professionalism, and their dedication to resolving the issue has certainly restored my confidence in their service.

In my opinion, what defines a company is not whether mistakes happen, but how they handle them. UNITEX Sales Ltd. took full ownership and provided excellent customer service, ensuring we were completely satisfied. I will certainly be using them again for all my company’s custom apparel needs.
