Great store! I drove all the way from Prince George to see this store! (Truth told.....I drove my hostess friend there from Tsawwassen). I bought fabric, chatted with other customers and had a wonderful time. Loved to see the group sewing on site. Loved the staff. Recommend this place to lift your spirits. Cecile approves of this message too!

Good intentions and pleasant staff. The work done took a lot longer then expected with inconsistent updates and the industrial machine that was repaired works only slightly better then it did previously. Like I said they have great intentions and are super friendly and helpful when you’re in store. For industrial machine repairs I’ll be looking elsewhere.

Dana gave a 2 hr intrductory class for my new Singer sewing machine. She gave very practical and comprehensive advice. She also managed to create a relaxed and positive atmosphere. Than you.

Love this store and their staff! I have found them all to be kind, helpful and friendly. I bought my Janome Embroidery Machine from them last year and I love it so much! Such an amazing machine and a really good price. The value for my money was excellent. A year later I'm still very happy with it.

If you are one skin shade darker than white, stay away from this place.

I've had my machines serviced here twice, and both times I've had horrible, rude, sarcastic customer service. I assumed the first time was just a fluke or someone having a bad day.

Yesterday (28th July 2023), the second time, I went to pick up my machine after one-day servicing. The associate acted as if there was NO WAY my machine could be ready ("Are you sure? Did we give you a phone call? I don't see your machine here. And the phone call said it would be ready today?")

As she was typing in my info for the warranty, all I was thinking was "don't worry about that, I won't be coming back here, ever."

Their work on the machines is great -- don't get me wrong. Their customer service needs a lot of work.

My mom dropped off her sewing machine for repair and was told it would be ready in 3-6 weeks. After 2.5 months and multiple phone calls to check the status she was left with no choice but to retrieve her machine. She was later told by staff that there were 300 machines waiting for repair ahead of hers and threatened that if she took her machine home she would lose her spot in the queue. She was treated rudely with no consideration for the 2.5 months of wasted time nor the travel time spent travelling back and forth to the store location. Definitely not a good experience.

Do not trust, or buy items from this store. They will happily sell you incomplete items, and blame you for not opening all items from their packaging to inspect before purchasing.

Felt dismissed, and defrauded. Very disappointed. Lost trust in this store, and company. What else are you not disclosing?

Bought a quilt pattern from the sale section that ended up missing 3 out of the 4 blocks. Packaging had no prior markings, or stickers to signify that it may not be the complete quilt, but pattern was obviously used and taped together once opened.

Called to give feedback, and suggestion to put on signage so that if they are knowingly (or unknowingly) selling incomplete items, customers can purchase things with full disclosure. Even an "as-is", "final sale", "no refunds" sign would have been adequate to let the customer know they should inspect the items more.

The boss basically said it was my fault for not looking, and that they can't do anything about it. I wasn't asking for anything. I was giving feedback on how to improve so that other customers are not disappointed like I was. Yet here you are trying to pass off any responsibility? Not even TRYING to improve? Not caring about the trust of your customers?

In a reputable store, a customer, unless otherwise notified (signage), should be able to buy, and trust that they are getting what they are paying for. Even if the item is on sale. A sale does not absolve you of attempting responsible representation. Anything otherwise is false advertisement, and deceptive marketing.

If they'd given a basic confirmation that they'll consider the signage, and an honest apology for my PAID for but missing items (missing 1 block is one thing, but it was missing 3!) I would have left it as that, and forgiven. But they didn't do any of that.

You're lack of willingness to listen to constructive feedback, and indifference is basically you saying are ok with cheating your customers.

Now I question your honesty, and integrity in other things as well.
