A small piece of advise - company uses predatory pricing to lure you into their 5-year long plan. Price hikes are frequent with only a small note on the invoice - sometimes implemented immediately without any notice. In our case prices went up by 100% within 4 years. Product quality is subpar and selection very limited.

Customer service is non-existent. Watch out for Jason Galtress - apparently nobody above him, he can do whatever he wants. Contract cancellation is impossible without a buy-back. They do not honour their own contract where the rejection of the price hike by the customer may trigger the contract cancellation. They will gouge you until you bleed out all cash.

Watch out for their accounting department as well - they will charge your credit card on file willy nilly without the ability to get the situation rectified. Only option left is litigation - in progress.

We have always had very good service from Cintas, however since Leandro has become our service representative things are even better. He is always friendly, helpful and he is quick to follow up. We appreciate having him take care of our location. 5 STARS!!

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever (not) received. Original sales rep was very friendly and set up my program within an hr. Then it all went downhill. Install happened a month later then promised. Upon install, half the products that I was billed and paid for on my first invoice were never dropped off. They left my place of business of 10 employees with 2 rolls of toilet paper. The paper holder they install does not accept full size paper rolls so I couldn't even reload before the next service.

I phoned and E-mailed the original sales rep about my concerns with no answer or response back. I then logged onto "My Cintas" online account and requested a service with nothing but an automated response stating a service rep would be in contact. Two weeks later, still no response. Sent my final request for service and another automated response saying they have upgraded this request to management. Still have not been contacted in any way.

Needless to say, two months after original installation, I have now uninstalled their equipment and it is sitting in a box waiting for them to pick it up. I have requested a refund of the products they never delivered that I have paid them for with still no response. Guess I will kiss that $200 goodbye.

Don't waste your time. Go with a different provider.

Hailey our rep has an amazing attitude and the drive to get it done right. No follow up needed with her as we are stocked properly with no mix ups. Very happy. Thank you
