We have been having issues with the Heat Pump not getting up to the correct temperature. Renee arrived today and she was knowledgeable, professional and more importantly, thorough. I feel confident the issue will resolve. She even pointed out things that were missed and arranged for them to be done. The team at 360 Duncan, BC are so helpful and I am glad I went to them for heating.

Kyle fixed our furnace in one visit. Diagnosed and fixed 4 issues that the other company missed or messed up on 2 previous visits. Told us we did not need to rewire as diagnosed by the other company. Able to make an appointment for the next day. All at a fantastic rate. These guys are an awesome company. I highly recommend them.

Update: This has been several days later, no call back. When you call in they won't provide you with the operations manager name and want me to leave more messages. I'm still getting the run around. This is by far the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen.

This company lacks the integrity to stand behind the quote their rep provided us and we are left with substantial increase in costs that we cannot absorb. We moved forward with the quote on good faith basis that the invoice would reflect the quote unless we were otherwise communicated to that the installation would need additional parts or work. The install went as planned but the invoice does not reflect the rebates we were promised in hand written quote.

For context, they came to my parents house a couple of times to repair their old furnace. It eventually did stop working and they came back and decided on a new furnace to be installed. The tech promised my parents that they would credit my parents back on the invoice for the new parts that were just recently installed to the old furnace that would was only a month old. They were told someone from their office would reach out and help them get the rebate for the new furnace. I received the full cost invoice for the new furnace with no credit for the new parts being taken back and no acknowledgment of the rebate.

I called in to discuss this invoice only to find out that this tech no longer works for the company. Funny how convenient this is that they never communicated back about the quote from the tech and offers they made to my elderly retired parents who live on their pension and in no way can afford this furnace cost. The accounting team emailed me with a $99 adjustment on a $19,000 bill. Thanks, I guess. The manager Brittany Froese got looped into the email and provided absolutely awful customer service, wouldn't schedule a time to talk and said "we're sorry you feel this way."

She never followed up and when I called back in to try and address this, she conveniently wasn't there when she said she would always be available as her reason to not make an appointment with me to handle this issue. I guess that wasn't true either. The rep on the line said she would have someone call me back and no one ever called.

This is wildly irresponsible to leave people on the hook for a bill that they can not afford and then provide zero communication or resolution. I would highly recommend that you do not use this company. They are just trying to give me the run around for their mistakes that they refuse to acknowledge the hand written quote that their rep provided to us.

Do not trust their onsite rep, especially if they only provide a hand written quote.

I had a heat pump and 3 mini splits installed last February. The workmanship and install was excellent.
But I have encountered a major problem that appears to be a recurring problem with this company You cannot get a hold of anyone in management. Yes, they have receptionists that listen and forward emails to managers but do not expect a response. I need some dollar information about my heat pump installation for income tax purposes. I've tried for two weeks to talk to someone about getting that information to no avail.
If someone in management could phone me or read their emails and respond it would be appreciated.

Edward Wong did an awesome job! He even moved a plug to facilitate our larger hot water tank install which was a last minute ask. Very respectful and followed the least intrusive route to get our wiring done.

The tech, Richard K., who did our service was excellent. Friendly and efficient, answered some questions I had in an easy to understand manner.
He explained what service he was doing and offered some good advice for keeping the unit functioning properly.
Very pleased with 360 and will use them again no question.

Mike was good with his analysis of the system, and while no problems were detected with the units themselves, he did find a possible problem due to the settings on the multiple heads.
Due to the recent increase in outside temperature we may not be able to determine if this is or was the cause of the heating problems until the temperature drops again. This may be awhile.
Of note, either due to the outside temperature increase or the adjustment made to the head units, the system is not operating as much or as hard as previous.

Matthew notified me when he would arrive and was on time.

He was very thorough and professional. He took about an hour to perform the maintenance, informed me that the system was working properly and he answered all my questions.

After he left, I received a detailed maintenance report.

All the staff from 360 Comfort Systems that I have spoken to, installers and technicians have been pleasant and professional.

I highly recommend 360 Comfort Systems.
