Andrei was helpful in answering my questions in a timely manner to assess whether I should proceed with my project. When my broken chair would not fit in my car, he even offered to come by to take a look. While I ultimately did not proceed with the project after evaluating the tradeoff of repair vs. buying new, I would not hesitate to contact Andrei for future projects due to his exceptional customer service.
