They will take your orders for adjustments but will not do the work. They will only do it when you arrive to pick up and will not offer any compensation. Instead, they will argue that they have spent so much time fixing their outfits. My daughter had to try on her outfit at least 4 times, even though they took the measurements on the day we dropped off the clothes. They were very rude when we questioned them. I have never experienced this anywhere before.

Went there 4 days before I needed my kurta for a wedding it was done within 3 days. Fair prices excellent customer service highly recommended. I will definitely go back next year. Thank you!

I have shopped multiple times here and usually the staff is really patient and let you see the dresses and even try the ones you choose, but there is one aunty who was really rude as if she wanted us to buy out of just few pieces. I had clearly mentioned my requirements of fabric and pattern I was looking for, the other helpers were I think trying to find something matching to my criteria but suddenly this lady came in and was like you first make up your mind what do you want them again I reiterated what I was looking for. I bought the dress but disappointed with that lady's behavior and will think again before going back. They should watch their tone with customers.

Had to get a last min kurta, they had my size but alterations needed to be done which they completed very fast. The customer service was incredible and made me felt welcomed. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone

I highly recommend 17 sector for stitching suits and alterations! All of the aunty jis were so nice and accommodating. They had an eye for suggesting different types of add ons, like tassels and borders, that matched the fabric of my suit. I don’t speak a lot of punjabi or hindi, but I didn’t find it hard to communicate my needs with them! They did such an amazing job stitching my entire suit and delivered on exactly what they said they would. thank you so much!!!

I had a lot of last minute alterations (e.g. adding permanent pleats to a saree, adjusting sizing, adding cups, adding darts, etc.) that had to be done and 17 Sector did an amazing job at taking care of all of them. I was very stressed out from wedding shopping/planning but each time I came into 17 Sector, Navjot would provide reassurance and I would leave feeling so much better. They would do their best to work within my deadlines and all my outfits fit like a glove. I appreciate the ladies here so much for taking such good care of me <3 - manreet

The people working here are warm and friendly. They greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel instantly comfortable discussing our clothing alteration needs. It was evident that they genuinely care about their customers and want to create a positive experience for each individual that walks through their doors. They listened attentively to our requirements and preferences, and then shared their professional expertise to guide us in making the best choices. And, they're reasonably priced too. We will continue to go to them for all our alternation.
